The product works wonderful! Our cat has really enjoyed using it. She was a bit hesitant at first but once we put her old empty litter box next to the robotic litter box she used it. Never going back to regular litter box

I was concerned my cats would not like this but they are very curious when it starts the removal process. One of them watches the whole cycle all the way through. This is a great product and it has worked to keep the box much cleaner. And it saves litter! Since the waste bag is on the top of the box, it needs quite a tall space to fit into or you cannot open it without moving it each time. Also, sometimes some of the waste comes back out when it is working to collect new waste due to the location and collection process. I think next time i will consider one with the disposal underneath.
