I apologize to the seller if I only leave feedback now, the seller is serious, real, not like others (it happened to me personally) who don't respond and don't send any products. Doel auyomatic letterboard is a LIFE CHANGER product that any cat owner would like to have. My two cats (Tigre and Trouble) were curious at first but also a little imperfected, but once they were confident they started really appreciating it. the letter is ALWAYS clean and does NOT emit NO ORE. The size is large but not too much (Trouble weighs 8.5kg and uses it without problems) it is quiet enough and the app is very functional. Used with the tofu pellet (in the photo) it is perfect because it does not stick to the legs and is not wrinkled at home (but it is not cheap). I made a small change to the internal grateful (in the photo) because the pellets are bigger than the sand and in every cleaning some clean product was wasted. It's perfect, super recommended. Life Changer!!! !

The barrel came cracked but it was fixable and i got partially refunded. Works nicely so far.
The best investment if you have cats, I cannot express how happy I am with this device. Uses bags of 10L from the market and sand cheaper than the silica he used. The cat has used it from the first moment. The only thing to improve would be the scale as it sometimes weighs me 4kg and the next day 2,6kg, so it doesn't make much sense, the rest great.

This is the second (other company) automatic toilet ours and after 10 days of use, everything is fine. I hope it will continue to work perfectly. Quiet, cats are not afraid.
